Currently there is only one daily Sapsan train departing from the St. Petersburg train station for Nizhny Novgorod. The train leaves from the Moskovsky Railway Station located at 85 Nevsky av., and is available by all major forms of public transportation. The normal trip between St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod takes about 8 hours and stops in Moscow along the route.
